When does my 90+ days start?

The 90 (or more) days starts when we complete your order and add your final photo to your ad, not before. Instant Images do not count toward your 90 days. Your ad will be set to NEW when we add the photo.

Can I send you my credit card in an email?

Email is not secure and credit card information should never be sent to anyone by email.  Emails can be intercepted by third parties. Can I Order a Photo Ad for a Client and use THEIR billing address?

You will be able to add different Billing Information other than what is listed in your account on the Checkout screen.  This is a one-time change that will not affect your User Profile on DreamHorse.
