Yes. We are happy to replace your photo at the time of a 90-day renewal for a small, optional fee of $5. This is especially useful on the young horses that are changing so quickly! Please be sure to click the Change Photos checkbox before clicking the Add to Cart button when ordering a renewal so that we know you are sending a replacement.

There is also a $5 charge to change photos at any other time without renewing.

We have seen a tendency of some customers simply email or upload a new photo and expect us to find it and replace it. This will not happen without an order being placed. Orders are your communication to us that a service needs to be done.
