Where are my Messages?

We have had some users report that they have received our email notices that they have received messages but when they sign into their account, they do not find these messages.  After research, we find that they have two different accounts under two different email addresses and are logging into the wrong account.

 

Important: Our notices will be sent to the email address for the account that has ad and the messages.
