How Do I Get My Ad Back to the Top of its Section
Renewing your ad will set your ad back to NEW and move it to the top of its section, i.e. free text ads, photo ads, or spotlight ads. We also have a new option called a BUMP which may appear on your order form if your ad qualifies meaning you don't need a regular renewal, you haven't renewed recently, etc.
Does Text Ad Stay Online when Photos Expire?
If your ad has been marked SOLD and photos expire, the ad will be deleted. However, if the ad status is NOT SOLD and the photos expire, our system will renew the free text portion of the ad so that it will stay online longer so that you have more of a chance to renew it. Yes. We will automatically email you a renewal notice to your registered email address for text ads and photo ads. Please login to renew your ads.
