We have received reports in the past of the browser dropping the session and not displaying search results pages 2 and beyond. We have not been able to duplicate this issue with any browser or phone available to us. We did update our search program to attempt to correct the problem but have still had a couple of people experiencing the same issue.
If you are still experiencing this issue, here are some things to try:
1. Try logging out and back into your Account to establish a new session.
2. Try using another browser such as Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer and see if the issue continues.
3. Please be sure you have the latest version of your browser.
4. Please leave a ticket with our help desk and let us know about the issue with as many details as possible such as what browser, what type of computer, search filters used, etc. If you can send us a screen-shot of what you see, that could be helpful too.
