I no longer have access to the email address I registered. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to the email address that you registered with us, you will not be able to use our password retrieval system.  If you do not have any ads online, you could simply create a new account under your new email address.  However, this can cause a problem if you have ads attached to the old account.  Please submit a help desk ticket for assistance with your account in this situation.
